SAN SEBASTIAN: KILLING JESUS STANDS OUT AS A MULTI-AWARD WINNER IN SAN SEBASTIAN

KILLING JESUS, winner of four prizes in the 65th San Sebastian Film Festival:

- Special Mention of the Jury – New Directors

- EROSKI Youth Audience Award

- SIGNIS Special Prize of the Jury

- FEDEORA Award

The film had its first screening on Thursday with a magnificent acclaim from the audience and a successful Q&A with the director Laura Mora, the two main characters (Natasha Jaramillo and Giovanny Rodríguez) and its producers from Colombia, Argentina and Switzerland.

Laura Mora’s film achieved the special Mention of the Jury in the New Directors Section and both EROSKI Youth Audience Award which is selected by 300 young members between 18 and 25 years who watch every film in the New Directors and Horizontes Latinos section and the LX SIGNIS Special Prize of the Jury which is given to films with a social relevance.
