Two new recognitions for the acclaimed film by Laura Mora, ‘KILLING JESUS’. Congratulations!
On Friday, in the festival’s closing ceremony, the winners for this year’s edition were announced. As one of the most prestigious events for Iberoamerican films, the Guadalajara’s Film Festival awarded KILLING JESUS with two prizes in the Iberoamerican Feature Film competition: BEST FILM and the Mayahuel award for BEST ACTOR (ex equo) to Giovanni Rodríguez who plays Jesus in the film. This was a triumphal night for Latido’s films. ‘CHAMPIONS’, directed by Javier Fesser, had its premiere in the festival’s closure being showcasted for more than 5.000 people who laughed and cried with this story. (See film info).
